A pocket rosary is a one decade rosary made straight, not in the form of a loop. It has 10 Ave beads and one Pater bead (one decade) with a medal at one end and a cross or crucifix at the other end.
This pocket rosary is made with cube shaped rose quartz crystal beads. Quartz crystal has such a smooth feel. I call it soft. The Pater bead is offset with round silver metal beads and bad caps. The spacer beads are white opal Swarovski crystal bicones.
At one end of the rosary is a rose quartz cross, and at the other is a medal shaped like a chalice, above which is a host that has IHS inscribed on it. At the base of the chalice are bread and grapes.
The overall length of this rosary is just under 7 1/2 inches (18.5 cm).
This is a really nice pocket rosary. It would be great for a woman that wants to carry a rosary in her purse or for someone wanting to have a rosary in the glove compartment of the car. Pocket rosaries are easily portable and take up little space.
